Cipher Chatter

This project aimed to develop an Android mobile application which would enable users to communicate in a peer to peer fashion for the purposes of enhanced security. This requires the application to have peer to peer connectivity between two different smartphones running this application and a database to store the data communicated between the users. Android WiFi Direct presented a solution to the peer to peer communication which is the centerpiece of this application.
